Afterward, we will select the trades and contracts, choosing carefully among familiar professionals with whom we’re established a business relationship.

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING

To ensure steady progression from one phase to the next, we create and maintain a construction schedule that is in place throughout the duration of the project. This schedule includes the purchase of all building materials, as well as preparation for timing and deadlines for all aspects of construction.
